OVERVIEW
This is a Temp-to-Hire Job Opportunity working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.  This is a light industrial position. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working in the manufacturing process with plastic injection molding
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to work efficiently with hands
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts   
• Steel-toed shoes/boots are required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Production experience skills a plus

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• Rotating shift 7:45-8:00 

WAGE
• $10.50/hr days - $11.10/hr nights (.25 pay increases at 30/60 days – conversion at 90 days)

TRUSS ASSEMBLER (WASHINGTON, IA)

OVERVIEW
This is a Temp-to-Hire Job Opportunity working in a fast paced building/manufacturing environment.  This employer produces roof and floor trusses as well as engineered packages.  High level of motivation, good attendance, and a strong work history will define you as a great candidate for this position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sorting and organizing cut materials
• Building/assembling trusses
• Stacking finished products
• Picking, sawing, and catching lumber
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to lift, squat, and stand for long periods.
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to read a tape measure and use a hammer 
• Ability to operate computer component saws
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Ability to work efficiently with hands
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Carpentry experience and manufacturing experience with hand tools is not required but a bonus.

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• 1st Shift:  6:30am to 4:00pm
• 3rd Shift:  9:30pm to 6:30am

WAGE
• $12.00/hour, plus $1/hour shift premium
