Production Positions

Performs manual labor along a production line making large chain.  Operates and troubleshoots production line machinery.  Maintains required documents and records work orders, production reports, and proper parts labeling (route cards). 

• Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective material and refer unusual conditions to supervisor.  Maintain work area in proper manner.
• Responsible for quality:  Accept training in blueprint reading, use of gauges and measuring tools common to manufacturing, along with related statistical process control principles and other quality control procedures.
• Must be knowledgeable in and practice all safety procedures.
• Keep work area clean.

• Perform highly repetitive machine operations to attach bar and pin stock assembly of various chain links.  Work from blueprints.  Some setups, adjustments, and minor repairs made by operator.  Insert pins in chain links, load bars in cam blocks, trip machine. 
• Check work for long or even pins.  Continuously monitor links of chain to meet blueprint specifications.

• Perform highly repetitive machine operations to make component parts.  Work from instructions.  Set-ups and adjustments made by others.
• Load finished work into bin.
• First and second stages to make single links.  Third and fourth stages to make link sections----2060, 555, 550, 560 and 620 links.

• Perform repetitive duties inspecting, aligning, matching, and placing in wire baskets various size and length of chain from staking press operations.  Work from blueprint.
• Align chain with fixed gauges for correct position of attachments and length.  Match right and left hand.  Check link for proper swivel, remove faulty length when necessary and return to chain linking operation.  Check for correct sinking and tolerance using go/no-go gauges.  Use hand crank to coil chain.  Tie and tag.
• Rake and fill parts for cam die operator.  Keep supply of tails to cam die operator.
• Must be able to operate staker machine.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Maintenance Technician

The team member will be responsible for maintenance and repair of various types of equipment, facility systems and other tasks routinely performed by maintenance department team. These tasks vary from day to day including non-standard work; troubleshooting systems, preventative, corrective, maintenance of production equipment, facilities tasks, and project work. This work will be assigned and completed on both a routine shift basis but may require overtime and weekend work as deemed necessary.

• Plan, lay-out, and perform a wide variety of process efficiency, ergonomic, and safety improvements, general maintenance, and fabrication in all plant production areas.
• Must be knowledgeable in and practice all safety procedures, quality procedures, and company policies.
• Must be a hands-on self-starter and work well with Tech Team members, as well as work closely with and take direction from Department and Plant leadership.
• Work with and troubleshoot pneumatic systems including assembly automation, air compressors, dryers, and filtering equipment.
• Understand equipment safety interlocks and guarding and be able to fabricate, modify and repair in according to plant safety program and OSHA requirements.
• Work with and troubleshoot hydraulics including presses, assembly machines, and pumps. Be able to complete repairs and modifications as needed.
• Operate functions based on drawings, blueprints, schematics, sketches, specifications, tables, charts, wiring diagrams, work orders, job plans and manuals.
• Work with all phases of preventive maintenance, control systems, and instrumentation. Basic Electrical/Electronic and PLC knowledge is desired.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, disassemble, replace work on defective parts, and reassemble; operate, check, and make corrections and adjustments.
• Set-up and operate typical machine tools, i.e. lathe, milling, boring, and surface grinders together with standard attachments to lay-out and perform regular machine operations on replacement parts and fixtures.
• Use considerable judgment to construct special purpose machines, equipment, or guards from sketches, drawings, with ability to safely alter available machines to facilitate work according to accepted safety standards.
• Lay-out and build complete fluid power systems of complex design.  Diagnose trouble, making corrections and repairs.
• Ability to weld and work safely with a variety of hand and power tools and the ability to operate forklift, skyjack and other maintenance equipment and material handling equipment is essential.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma plus a broad trade knowledge, equivalent to training received in a formal apprentice program or equivalent experience of at least 5 years. Use of complicated drawings and specifications; applied mathematics; wide variety of precision measuring instruments. Experience as a trainer a plus.

• 1st Shift: M-F:  7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift:  M-TH:  2:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

Loan Processor

Primary function is to ensure the timely and accurate loan packages for all consumer residential loans originated by loan officers. Processor will be the first line of contact with the customer in all requests.

• Checks and verifies the entire package as given to them by the lender. Gather needed information and take each file from application to closing.
• Verify and input proper loan information into the system for processing.
• Must review the credit reports of the mortgage buyer along with verifying the borrower’s credit history in terms of debts and payments if needed. Checking for judgments, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or collections that need explanation.
• Orders and review property appraisals.
• Verify and review documentation including income, appraisals and title insurance ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting.
• Order and coordinate loan closings and loan documents included title commitments, PMI and homeowners insurance.
• Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete accurate verified and complies with company policy.
• Meet crucial deadlines requested.
• Will be responsible for post-closing duties which includes loading loan to the system, reviewing final documentation and assuring the loan is sold to secondary market on time and recorded mortgage and title policy are received.
