RESPONSIBILITIES
• Count the cash in their drawer at the start of their shift
• Accept checks, cash, and other forms of payment from customers
• Answer questions from customers about their accounts
• Prepare specialized types of funds, such as traveler’s checks, savings bonds, and money orders
• Exchange dollars for foreign currency
• Order bank cards and checks for customers
• Record all transactions electronically throughout their shift

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Relationship-building.
• Build relationships with the existing members that reinforce the value of Chamber membership and encourages reinvestment in the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce
• Actively solicit businesses to invest in Chamber membership and provide mentorship (personally and through the Ambassador committee) to new members.
• Provide professional leadership in the production of Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce Events
• Manage the various communication platforms and channels maintained by the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce.
• Oversee the Events Committee, the Ambassador Committee, and other ad hoc committees as may be formed.  Work together with committees and staff to promote success.

• Schedule and execute successful member ribbon cuttings and groundbreaking events.

Under the direction of the Logistics Manager, the Dispatcher has a key leadership role supervising driver personnel. This includes daily scheduling and dispatching of drivers or services.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Need to meet demands of frequent standing, walking, stopping, kneeling, moderate climbing.  
• Must be capable of lifting 50-70 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Clean criminal background
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proven work history with good attendance
• Pass required written testing

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• 1st shift – M-F 7 AM – 3PM

LOCATION
• Clinton


WAGE
• $13-$15 or based on experience
