Prepares and serves all meals for patients/residents according to prescribed diets, adhering to state and
federal regulations. Facilitates meal preparation using a variety of menus for patient/resident, staff and retail operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Accurately prepares food using standardized recipes.
• Minimizes food cost waste and spoilage.
• Demonstrates proper use, care and maintenance of all food preparation equipment ie. stoves, fryers, grills, steam ovens, toasters, food processors, grinders, and other major pieces of equipment.
• Assists with patient care by providing food appropriate to each individual's diet.
• Prepares entrees, starches, bakery items, soups, salads, vegetables, texture-modified food according to menu and projected needs. Produces high quality products by adhering to standardized recipes, methods and seasoning specifications. Ensures food is prepared at specified times.
• Provides services in the cafeteria representing the organization in a positive and professional manner.
• Measures and mixes ingredients according to approved recipes and methods using blenders, mixers, grinder, slicers, knives, etc.
• Maintains clean equipment and work area. Follows schedules for cleaning equipment and notifies leadership of equipment operating problems. Observes infection control practices at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school education or equivalent is preferred. Practical experience in healthcare setting is desired.  One-year of experience is preferred. Must be able to calculate and prepare diets accurately from standardized recipes for patients/residents and staff. Maintains an excellent working relationship within the department and with all of our internal and external customers. Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment. Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission and vision, goals, and values of the facility.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receives and handles deposits of all types, verifying amounts, ensuring proper endorsement on negotiable instruments, and examining cash carefully to guard against acceptance of counterfeit bills
• Cashes Checks for customers adhering at all times to policy and procedures of bank
• Issues money orders, and stored value cards
• Balances drawer at close of business and at other assigned times to determine all were properly executed
• Receives payments on loans, credit cards, and other accounts
• Counts, proves and packages currency and coin
• Maintains neat and orderly work area and ensures that all negotiable and confidential records are properly secured 
• Demonstrates continuously a helpful, friendly attitude
• Maintains proper amounts of currency and coin
• Sells and/or refers Bank’s products and services to customers and prospects
• Observes suspicious behavior and reports any such activity to head teller as appropriate. In the event of a robbery, remains calm and follows bank procedures to safeguard customers and staff
• Perform simple customer service functions such as assisting customers in opening accounts, assessing safe deposit boxes, and explaining ATM operations, as applicable
• Process ATM Deposits, bank mail, and night drop

Overview:
This position provides technical expertise to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of chain and auger engineering processes at the Fulton, IL site.  This includes CAD Drafting, Solid Modeling, Bills of Material, Routings, and other ERP functions for the engineering and manufacturing process at our chain and auger plant.

Essential Job Duties:
• CAD Drafting - provides timely and error-free drawings used by our associates to manufacture augers and chains in the plant.
• Solid Modeling - Must be proficient in the use of solid modeling software in order to properly design and draw our products.
• STANDARDS/PROCEDURES - adheres to and develops plant standards and technical documentation in order to ensure that all process activities are in alignment with engineering requirements and quality standards.
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT - utilizes appropriate tools/methodologies to plan resources and ensure timely completion.
• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - provides technical support for manufacturing CI projects to increase throughput, improve quality/process capability, reduce costs, enhance safety, etc.

Technical/Functional Skills Required:
• CAD drafting and solid modeling
• ERP software / Microsoft Office software including Microsoft Access skills
• Mechanical troubleshooting
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
