Overview
Clinton office to recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for our customers. An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Human Resource experience.
Job Responsibilities

Recruitment of applicants through phone and social media

Interview and screen potential candidates

Manage the hiring stages of job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing

Conduct new hire orientations; ensure all paperwork follows state and federal guidelines

Communicate closely with clients on job order requests; handle them quickly and efficiently
-
Follow-up with employees on job performance, attendance and safety concerns; able to discipline employees including warnings and termination of employment

Conduct criminal background checks and drug screens
-
Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates
Qualifications
-
Prior Human Resource experience required

Excellent work ethic, outgoing personality, and strong attention to detail required

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel and strong administrative skills, Canva knowledge is a plus

Able to work independently and follow directions
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; must be a people person

Able to assume additional job responsibilities

Prefer college degree in Business or related field
Schedule
This position will work full-time, working hours of 730am-430pm Monday-Friday.
Wage
DOE, very competitive in HR market
