Overview

Clinton office to recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for our customers. An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Human Resource experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment of applicants through phone and social media
  • Interview and screen potential candidates
  • Manage the hiring stages of job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing
  • Conduct new hire orientations; ensure all paperwork follows state and federal guidelines
  • Communicate closely with clients on job order requests; handle them quickly and efficiently
  • Follow-up with employees on job performance, attendance and safety concerns; able to discipline employees including warnings and termination of employment
  • Conduct criminal background checks and drug screens
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates

Qualifications

  • Prior Human Resource experience required
  • Excellent work ethic, outgoing personality, and strong attention to detail required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel and strong administrative skills, Canva knowledge is a plus
  • Able to work independently and follow directions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; must be a people person
  • Able to assume additional job responsibilities
  • Prefer college degree in Business or related field

Schedule

This position will work full-time, working hours of 730am-430pm Monday-Friday.

Wage

DOE, very competitive in HR market
