OVERVIEW
A positive attitude and friendly demeanor works best in this treatment facility.  You will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, collecting payments and cash handling.  Extreme care and confidentiality are a must. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answering phones and greeting clients
• Assisting clients with check-in/check-out
• Scheduling appointments
• Excel and typing
• General office duties as needed
• Cash handling

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Friendly with a clear and concise voice
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Strong organizational skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Experience working in a customer service and/or office setting preferred

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
• 1 hour lunch

WAGE
• $11.08/hour

SCREENING/TESTING REQUIREMENTS
• Pre-employment background screening – child abuse and elder care
• Pre-employment drug screening
• Office Skills Assessment
