OVERVIEW:
This is a temporary job for a strong administrative professional for a local major manufacturer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Assist in all aspects of the department
• Answer and direct calls
• Filing of documents and paperwork

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have good typing skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
• Attention to detail is a must
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Confidentiality is a must

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma required
Associates degree preferred

WORK HOURS/SHIFT:
7:30 – 4:30 Monday through Friday
Must be able to be flexible to accommodate special events

WAGE:
$13

BACKGROUND SCREENING/REQUIREMENTS:
Pre employment background check, drug screen and breath alcohol screening.
