OVERVIEW
Direct hire office position in Burlington.  Ideal mature candidate will be able to work in a compassionate, caring environment.    Administrative support will be provided to improve operations as well as ensure the effective and efficient operation of this office setting. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer phones and greet guests
• Assist staff member on projects
• Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
• Ability to create advertising and marketing programs
• Maintain mailing lists, material preparation, and follow-up for programs
• Update appropriate web sites
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient with Computers, Microsoft Office, Windows, Photoshop, and Publisher
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task with several projects at a time
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to work with and operate commonly used office equipment 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Experience working in an office setting preferred

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with on call rotational basis on weekends

WAGE
• Dependent on skill level

SCREENING/TESTING REQUIREMENTS
• Pre-employment background screening
• Clerical proficiency testing
