Bluegrass, Iowa steel mill site is in need of a Lab Technician. This is a 3 to 6 month position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take samples and run lab tests on samples.
• Data entry of results.
• Administer quality control procedures.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prefer machine operator /manufacturing experience with good references.
WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• 12 hour swing shift.
• Will work every other weekend.
WAGE
• $25.00

Duties
• General administration duties including:
• Greet clients and answering phone calls
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Proofread letters and memos before mailing to clients
• Maintain personal files for attorneys
• Make travel arrangements
• Keep track of current matters and develop a reminder system to assure action
• Assist with reports
• Creating transfer documents and settlement statements
• Screen incoming emails and suggest appropriate action, draft responses
Qualifications
• Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, PDF’s and electronic documentation
• Law and/or tax firm experience is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail ability to follow directions and work with little supervision
Pay
$17-$20
Hours
M-F 9a-12p, 1p-4p
