The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through processing orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating customer needs with other functions as required.  Employee may serve as customer contact regarding such matters as pricing, scheduling, shipping, and any product delays caused by machine issues.

The qualified candidate will ensure accurate original equipment order entry for ignition products.  The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential to your success at Federal-Mogul.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate effectively the customer’s needs with the rest of the plant.
• Entering orders in the operating system accurately and completed in a timely manner.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications. Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability, experience with and knowledge of the internet based systems
• Able to maintain high level of accuracy/attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Ability to problem solve

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High School diploma required. Associates Degree is preferred.
• RESUME REQUIRED


WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• 7am-4pm / Flexible

WAGE
• $11/hr.  Dependent upon education/experience
