OVERVIEW
Provide quality customer service and perform teller duties as assigned. Meet with new and existing customers to open, close or assist with various types of bank products including Certificate of Deposit, Demand Deposit, Savings, Individual Retirement Accounts, Safety Deposit Boxes, Debit cards, ATM cards, HELOC cards, Internet Banking, On Line Bill Pay, Overdraft Protection, Credit Card Application and Ready-Cash/Premier LOC .Ensure all applicable regulations, disclosures, policies and procedures are followed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process all deposit file maintenance to existing and new accounts
• Cross sell current and new customer on CFB products
• Complete all check orders - Personal and Business
• Grant access to Safe Deposit Boxes / Verifies access authority
• Issues cashiers checks, money orders and Visa Gift cards
• Redeem and Change of ownership or name on Savings Bonds
• Assist customers with wire transfer requests
• Provide assistance to customer's phone inquires and complaints
• Assist customers in balancing checking and savings accounts
• Maintain quality service standards for customers
• Perform teller duties/Balance ATM/Assist with ATM duties
• Proactively initiate customer greeting- greet customer by name, a smile and eye contact
• Advise receptionist when being away from desk for an extended period of time
• Have knowledge of Bank's policies, procedures and products
• Notary duties
• Attend meetings, training sessions and seminars as assigned
• Willingly travel to/from other locations as staffing needs dictate
• Be able to navigate and assist customers with FDIC Insurance through EDIE, generate an EIN for banking purposes, Instant Issue Debit Cards through Card@Once, work with customers on Fraud Issues through Shazam and be familiar with a number of other web based programs.
• Check File Maintenance, communicate errors or verification
• Scanning, Check scanning, Filing as needed
• Understand and communicate with Supervisor any issues with BPM
• Assist in team building with other Customer Service Representatives
• Be able to communicate in emails or letters with customers' requests or questions
• Have a willingness to participate in bank related community events
• Be proactive in looking for streamlining procedures for existing and new bank products
• Perform job duties in a professional manner while maintaining the banks' standards of business
• Treat fellow employees with respect and have the ability to work professionally and courteously with staff members
• Present yourself in a professional appearance at all times making use of bank provided career apparel

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Prior Banking experience is a plus

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• M-F 8a-5p
