OVERVIEW
A well established Burlington Company has a part-time temp to hire position available.  We are looking for qualified candidates that are self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment.  Requirements of this positon include, but are not limited to the following:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Account Receivable, invoicing, calculating shipping cost via internet
• Receiving Checks, verifying checks to invoices, complete & balance deposits 
• Accounts Payable, maintain purchase orders, matching receiving documents with open purchase orders, verifying PO’s with invoices
• Month end reports, matching open statements to invoices
• Customer Service; phones, pricing, inventory levels, product features entering orders
• Preparing Shipping Documents for orders
• Inventory
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & PeachTree
• Ability to plan, schedule and prioritize job duties
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Written, spoken, and listening communication skills
• Ability to problem solve

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High School Diploma/Equivalent

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• Monday – Friday 8am-1pm 

WAGE
• $12.00/hr

SCREENING/TESTING REQUIREMENTS
• Pre-employment background screening & drug testing
• Clerical proficiency testing
