A local utility company is looking for a Customer Service Rep. This position will be temporary until possibly the end of the year. The hours will be fulltime, M-F 8am-5pm. The pay for this position is $12/hr.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Provide customer service and complete tasks pursuant to daily schedule
  • Receive and process customer payments
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns
  • Sell and support communications productions
  • Support various customer service programs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous customer service, cash handling and data entry experience
  • Knowledge of using Word/Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
