OVERVIEW
Temp Associates currently has Customer Service positions available with a hydraulic hose manufacturer in Burlington, IA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and enter new orders from web EDI program and/or purchase orders received in email:

  • Verify correct pricing and parts revision level and update customer price list as needed
  • Verify raw stock availability and coordinate with purchasing to resolve shortages.
  • Enter orders into SAP accounting system to generate sales and production orders.

Resolve customer questions and concerns:

  • Issue credit/debit notes when needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding price, delivery and order status.

Create ASN’s as required in customer web portal.

  • Upload customer forecast.
  • Create and maintain scheduling agreements.
  • Track customer status, orders and delivery dates in the organizational database.
  • Coordinate with company departments to improve deliveries and confirm shipments.
  • Email packing slips and tracking information (BOL) that is generated from SAP to the customers.

Follow up on customer quotations.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient on the computer
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School Graduate/Equivalent required

  • 1st Shift

WAGE

  • $13.00
