OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information and establishing entry priorities
• Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and resolving discrepancies
• Enters data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard and/or optical scanner according to appropriate format
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Contributes to team effort

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Mail
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with time and accuracy
• Heavy client interaction via telephone and email
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Customer service skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Experience working in an office setting preferred
• Experience with data entry preferred

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

WAGE
• Wage TBD

SCREENING/TESTING REQUIREMENTS
• General competency testing as it relates to data entry and office functions
• Pre-employment background screening
• Pre-employment drug screening
