Factory Lead

1^st shift 6am -4:30pm & 2^nd shift 4:30pm-3:30am

$17 and up depending on experience

Supervise a team of production workers to ensure efficient and safe operation, meeting production goals and quality standards. Key responsibilities include assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, training employees, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. 

Core duties:

• Team supervision:

Assign daily tasks, monitor performance & provide coaching.

• Production oversight:

Ensure daily production goals are met, monitor equipment, & manage material flow. 

• Quality control:

Inspect products for defects & ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Problem-solving:

Address production delays and issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency. 

• Safety and compliance:

Enforce safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and conduct risk assessments. 

• Administrative tasks:

Maintain production logs and reports, and ensure proper documentation is completed. 

• Training and development:

Train new employees and help existing team members improve their skills.
