OVERVIEW
This a long term assignment at a cabinet-making business located in Fairfield, IA.  Highly visible position requires computer literacy, strong communication/writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to in-person, phone, and email customer service work.   

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing inbound phone calls and emails.
• Positive and  energetic communications with customers
• Communicating and interacting with management and other personnel
• General office duties

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity wit Quickbooks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong mathematical/accounting skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Experience working in an office setting preferred

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• Part-time position approximately 20 hours per week.  Days/hours may have flexibility for the right candidate.

WAGE
• $10/hr
