Work effectively and accurately with members to process day-to-day financial transactions. Applicants must be member-friendly and present self in a professional and courteous manner.


• Represent the credit union to members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient and accurate service in the processing of transactions.
• Provide in-person and by-telephone information concerning credit union services and policies.
• Use established credit union sales and service techniques to consult with members to understand product and service needs and recommend options that best fit the members' needs.
• Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints and direct them to the proper person for specific information and assistance.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts. Set up new files and provide members with all the necessary information pertaining to credit union membership.
• Handle requests from members for transfers of shares to loan payments, shares to shares, share withdrawals, check requests and any other requests received from members.
• Process member mail transactions and ensure accuracy when doing so.
• Perform basic research of accounts for deposit, withdrawal and loan payment discrepancies.
• Perform routine office tasks such as typing, updating member records, answering the phone, filing and shredding.
• Assist members with the proper completion of payroll deduction and direct deposit cards.
• Promote credit union products and services based on member needs and credit worthiness, which is obtained through a Beacon score at the time a new account is opened.
• Handle all other duties assigned on either a random or on-going basis to ensure the well being of our members is being taken care of.

• High school diploma
• Credit score of 650 or higher
• Reliable transportation

• Ranges from 7:15 AM – 5:45 PM M-F Every other Saturday 8 AM to Noon
