OVERVIEW
Temp Associates is looking for office administrative assistant candidates with experience in the following duties:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering phones and greeting customers
  • General office duties as needed

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office specifically with Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Strong organizational skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Experience working in a customer service and/or office setting preferred
  • Experience of 2 years working with Microsoft Word & Excel preferred

WORK HOURS/SHIFT

  • Varied hours; part-time, full-time, on-call positions available

WAGE

  • $10-15/hr depending on experience

BACKGROUND SCREENING/REQUIREMENTS

  • Pre-employment background screening
