OVERVIEW
This position is part-time, with the potential to have full-time hours.  Handling employee forms, customer order forms for a locally owned manufacturing business in Fairfield. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing account payable and accounts receivable
  • General office duties as needed
  • Answering phones and greeting customers

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience and knowledge of operating computers and common software systems
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong skills in Excel spreadsheet
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Bilingual skill preferred but not required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Experience of 2 years working with Microsoft Word & Excel preferred

WORK HOURS/SHIFT

  • Monday – Friday , 5 hours per day (There may be some flexibility on these hours)
  • Office will be on the factory floor, steel toe may be required

WAGE

  • $13/hr DOE

SCREENING/TESTING REQUIREMENTS

  • Pre-employment background screening and appropriate office skills testing
  • Pre-employment drug screening
