OVERVIEW
Long term temporary job opportunity for a person to assist the order department in getting order issues resolved and shipments out in a timely manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Validate order pricing, deliver and manufacturing location.
• Investigate and resolve order import issues.
• Investigate and resolve order holds.
• Perform detailing activities necessary to communicate an accurate bill of material in the business system, interact with engineering and order administrative staff.
• Monitor and update order status.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• MS office (Excel, Project)
• Superior organizational and communication skills
• Time management and problem solving skills
• Able to work in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize work load based on schedule demands

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Associates Degree or equivalent experience

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
Day shift, possibility of extra hours based on work load
