This is a Full-Time Temp-to-Hire job opportunity with a manufacturing facility in Burlington. The Technical Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


• Provide basic troubleshooting steps on all products
• Provide product information to prospective customers
• Initiate Return Material Authorizations for defective units to be returned under warranty
• Initiate shipments of product to fulfill warranty requirements
• Process customer orders using company software systems and order processes
• Direct and/or escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate company resource
• Accurately document all customer contact in the appropriate systems/databases
• Embrace Lean Manufacturing operating principals to achieve customer satisfaction and operating efficiency. Develop operating systems and methods that aim at the continual reduction of waste, inventory and defects
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area by applying the principals of 5's
• Ability to work safely to ensure the safety of yourself and others around you

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and office machinery is required.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and troubleshooting guides
• Demonstrated use of proper grammar, spelling and punctuation in generating company correspondence
• Demonstrated competency with data entry
• Demonstrated customer relations skills and phone etiquette

• High School Diploma/Equivalent

• 9:30AM-6PM Monday – Friday w/ some rotating Saturdays

• $12/HR
