OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for Administrative Support of a contractor on site at Lyondell Bassell Clinton, Iowa, under the direction of the company’s onsite manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review orders, production schedules, and shipping/receiving.

Record and maintain files and records of customer work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and information.

Regular attendance and timeliness are an expectation.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Strong verbal communication

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, filing and records management, and e-mail.

Attention to detail - job requires being careful about detail and thorough on completing work tasks.

Ability to keep others informed. Must be willing and able to work in a team environment.

Must be able to respond quickly and appropriately to unexpected changes or modifications of daily work activity.
WORK HOURS/SHIFTS AVAILABLE

M-Th – 8 hour days currently and during shut-down will be needed to work 12-hourshifts.

Shifts M-Th 10 hour days or M-F 8 hour days
