OVERVIEW                                                                      

This position is responsible for Administrative Support of a contractor on site at Lyondell Bassell Clinton, Iowa, under the direction of the company’s onsite manager.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Review orders, production schedules, and shipping/receiving.
  • Record and maintain files and records of customer work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and information.
  • Regular attendance and timeliness are an expectation.

 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Strong verbal communication
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, filing and records management, and e-mail.
  • Attention to detail - job requires being careful about detail and thorough on completing work tasks.
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to keep others informed. Must be willing and able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to respond quickly and appropriately to unexpected changes or modifications of daily work activity.

 

WORK HOURS/SHIFTS AVAILABLE

  • M-Th – 8 hour days currently and during shut-down will be needed to work 12-hourshifts.
  • Shifts M-Th 10 hour days or M-F 8 hour days

 

LOCATION

  • Clinton

 

WAGE

  • $18.00 per hour
