Overview

A manufacturing facility in Moscow, IA is looking for an Accountant to join their team and help lead the accounting processes. This position covers a range of tasks and requires the ability to reason, retain information, organize, and meet deadlines. Discretion with confidential information is a must. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is based on skills and experience.

• Manage the day-to-day accounting functions
• Payroll/HR Software Processing
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• General Ledger Maintenance
• Sales & Payroll Tax Processing
• Miscellaneous Audit Assistance
• Miscellaneous Government Form Processing
• Miscellaneous HR Administrative Functions

Requirements

• Experience in the accounting field required.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge is a plus.
• Any programming knowledge is a plus.
