Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant/Campaign Coordinator provides administrative support to the Executive Director for day to day operations and for the planning and execution of the annual fund raising community campaign.

Essential Functions – Administrative Assistant

  • Coordinate the scheduling of all board, committee and community campaign meetings.
  • Responsible for effective and timely communication with all committee members, stakeholders, volunteers and partner agency representatives.
  • Coordinate sending out board and committee agendas and related meeting information in advance of schedule meetings.
  • Responsible for all incoming phone calls, provide excellent customer service in responding to information requests or routing voice mail messages.
  • Welcome and greet all office visitors.
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules for staff team.
  • Assist with the UWCCI volunteer recruitment program by becoming familiar with all volunteer opportunities. Assist with placement of volunteers. Schedule volunteer orientations.
  • Operate office equipment in a safe and efficient manner as needed.
  • Procure routine office supplies and equipment maintenance and repair as needed while staying within budget and following policies and procedures.

Essential Functions – Campaign Coordinator

  • Responsible for assembling all campaign materials related to campaign meetings, campaign kickoffs and update quarterly update meetings.
  • Scheduling of all related campaign meetings both internally and externally at local businesses and corporations.
  • Work closely with Bookkeeper to insure the timely and accurate updating of campaign pledges.
  • Send regular campaign updates to volunteer campaign leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Coordinator in developing campaign signage and displays.
  • Serve as community representative for UWCCI when called upon.

  • HS Diploma
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in customer service and/or related field


  • Monday – Friday (Varies)


  • $15-17/hr.
