OVERVIEW

Seeking a full time teller with excellent customer service skills. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Interact with customers in a professional manner.
  • Process cash deposits and withdrawals, check writing, and check reconciliation.
  • Process cash payments over the counter.
  • Process customer deposit transfers.
  • Process customer account statements as requested.
  • Assist with account reconciliation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions using an electronic register or other systems.
  • Follow all procedures for the proper handling of customer money and accounts to ensure compliance with banking regulations and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior cash handling experience preferred.
  • Good personal credit
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean criminal background
  • Strong customer service skills

WORK HOURS/SHIFT:

  • Monday through Friday 8:45 - 5:30
  • Every third Saturday

LOCATION:

  • Clinton, IA

WAGE

  • $13.00 no experience/$14-16.00 with experience
