Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems
• Diagnose mechanical, and electrical issues and complete timely repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns during production
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders
• Assist with installation, setup, and modification of machinery
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance work area
• Coordinate with production staff to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred)
• Board Level Electronics Repair Certification is ideal
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, and advanced electrical systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs

OVERVIEW

This is a long-term assignment at a manufacturing facility in Burlington. This is considered light industrial work. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Palletizing cans and scrapping cans
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Strong attention to detail
• Compliance and attention to all safety regulations
• Excellent eyesight and hand/eye coordination

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• High School Diploma/Equivalent

WORK HOURS/SHIFT

• Monday – Friday
  • 1^st Shift 7am - 3pm
  • 2^nd Shift 3pm – 11pm
  • 3^rd Shift 11pm - 7am

WAGE

• $13.00/hr.
