OVERVIEW:
Local Call Center is looking for full-time Contact Center Agents to provide customer service, technical support, and helpdesk support to contact center customers with courteous and accurate problem-solving..

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Deliver support to customers via email, chat, and telephone distribution
• Work in a fast-paced environment to listen, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests
• Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions or suggestions to the management team.
• Be able to provide customer service over the phone speaking 100% fluent Spanish

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to provide excellent customer service to contact clients and customers.
• Able to work on phones for entire shift
• Able to speak, read and write both English and Spanish fluently

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• High School

WORK HOURS/SHIFT:
Variety of shifts

WAGE:
$12/hr.

BACKGROUND SCREENING/REQUIREMENTS:
