OVERVIEW
Area business is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service/Front Desk Rep to serve as the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations in a sometimes fast-paced office environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to manage changing priorities throughout the day.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Open the office daily and ensure a professional, welcoming environment for customers, vendors, and guests.

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Assist customers with product questions/requests, shipping inquiries, order concerns, returns, feedback, and general information.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Maintain and update records, reports, and information within various spreadsheets and internal systems.

Support general office and administrative functions as needed.

Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed accurately and promptly.
