OVERVIEW

Responsible for the set up and operation of assigned mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run assigned mechanical equipment efficiently and safely
• Ensure all produced items meet quality control requirements.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and make necessary adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints when applicable.
• Utilize required gaging instruments to ensure product specifications are met.
• Conduct basic level machine set-ups.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS                    

• Machine operation
• Precision measurement
• Ability to interpret work instructions
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions
• Basic mathematical skills
• Mechanical aptitude

WORK HOURS/SHIFT

• Flexible shifts available

WAGE

• Starting at $18.00/hr. (Pay increases with training)
• Eligible for $3,000 sign-on bonus at 90 days

SCREENING/TESTING REQUIREMENTS

• Pre-employment drug screening and background
