OVERVIEW

We are looking for an energetic team player to join our installation and repair team. Ideal candidates will be outgoing, persuasive, service-oriented, and possess relationship building skills and strong communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide quality garage door installation, repairs, and installs new garage door openers
• Desire to learn a proven communication and sales technique
• Desire and ability to deliver superior customer service
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team
• Skilled trades experience helpful
• Prior construction experience
• No fear of heights up to 12 feet
• A well-groomed, professional presence, well organized individual

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Must have basic knowledge of electrical wiring as it relates to installing garage door openers.
• Basic welding skill helpful
• Must be well organized and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability of good customer service techniques, which include follow through on all matters of the sale and installation.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on regular basis
• Integrity
• Good driving record a must!! Must have valid license and proof of insurance.

WORK HOURS/SHIFT

• 7:30-4:30 M-F and as needed if job takes longer.
• Flexibility a must

WAGE

• $18 range and temp to hire with benefits after perm
