Labor – City of Grinnell

When you work with the Public Service Department of the City of Grinnell you will be doing a little bit of everything.  That's why we are looking for a Jack or Jill of All Trades.  Be outside spring, summer, and fall and never get bored making the streets, roads, and City a better place to drive, live, and be! This is a 40 hour a week position.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS                    

• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Okay being outdoors

WORK HOURS/SHIFT

• Monday – Friday 7 am – 3 pm (can vary)

Duties:

• Assist in various maintenance of roads
• Help with general groundskeeping of public spaces
• General cleaning of facilities
• Other duties as requested

WAGE

• $15/hr.
