• Monitoring and event management of state-wide critical communications infrastructure.
• First level troubleshooting and escalation of network issues. (Ethernet/T1/Microwave)
• Utilize multiple network monitoring tools to help guarantee and maintain uptime for customers.
• Answer and manage inbound calls for service or support.
• Document changes in the environment as required.
• Open technical support tickets and assign them to the correct entities.
• Manage 911 center alternate routing for calls.
• Other NOC related duties as assigned or requested by management.

• Good interpersonal and customer support skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and strong skills in the Microsoft 365 suite of products.
• Understanding of SharePoint.

• Technical Degree/Relevant certification or equivalent work experience.

• 5 PM – 5 AM 12 hour rotating schedule
• Operation runs 24/7 365 days per year

$15 - $17 per hour DOQ
