Regional law firm is looking for a full time Office Assistant to join their Moline location. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This is a temp to hire position. Pay is $14-18/hr.

Job Responsibilities

You are the first person a visitor or customer may encounter at the site. You will screen incoming phone calls, while taking and distributing messages to appropriate parties. You also greet visitors and inform company employees that persons have arrived for meetings or appointments.

Job Duties

  • Maintains client information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of data.
  • Resolves data discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Scanning, copying, filing documents along with other common office tasks as required.
  • Discuss matters with clients as appropriate.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
