OVERVIEW
We are hiring for a Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily property. The Property Manager will also be responsible for the supervision and motivation of the onsite property team. We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded person who enjoys leading and managing the success of a business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies, and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Work directly with maintenance team to ensure work orders are being handled as well as remodeling recently vacated units.
• Oversee resident relations, which includes taking resident phone calls, requests, and concerns. Ensure compliance with company policy.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively. Oversee daily leasing paperwork and proper completion of service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections, discuss strategies with the Regional Property Manager and complete annual asset business plans and budget forecasts. Assigns and proofs all leasing paperwork Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Checks for accuracy in all required paperwork and copies as needed. Creates and maintains a safe work environment for the staff, including conducting safety events.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient with Computers, Microsoft Office, Windows, Photoshop, and Publisher
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task with several projects at a time
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to work with and operate commonly used office equipment. 
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Property management: 2 years (Required)
WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• 7am-4pm Monday-Friday with on call rotational basis on weekends
WAGE
• $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
