Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Tech Support

OVERVIEW

This is a Temp-to-hire opportunity remote position based out of Newton, Iowa. You will be offering customer service/technical support to customers.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

• Customer support over the phone

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Previous technical support experience

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High school Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS/SHIFT

• 1^st Shift 9AM – 6PM Monday – Friday

WAGE

• $15.50/HR
