FOOD SERVICE WORKER      

OVERVIEW

Full-time and part-time positions are available.  These job opportunities are located in a college cafeteria environment that serves a vegan menu.  Candidates should be comfortable working in food preparation, food service, or as an attendant in the dish room.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and organize eating, service, and kitchen areas
• Serve and communicate with customers
• Prepare daily food items
• Select food items from service area and place them on dishes and trays
• Collect and return dirty dishes to the kitchen for washing
• Wash dishes, glassware, and silverware after meals

SKILL SETS REQUIRED

• Personable and able to work with the public
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to learn

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• High School Diploma/Equivalent

WORK HOURS/SHIFT

• 10:30am-9pm
• Work 4 days per week, some weekends included

WAGE/SALARY

• $11 hrly
