Overview

A steel manufacturer in Wilton, IA is looking for a tool and die person.

Job Responsibilities
Develop dies, tools and processes as required
Build replacement tools and dies for production use as required
Work with internal departments for design input, fabrication and modifications to tools and dies

Skills/Qualifications
Candidates must be familiar with concepts, design, building and implementing tools and dies
Thorough knowledge of operating tool room and production equipment (grinding, milling, lathe)
Thorough knowledge of CAD

Work Hours/Shift
1st shift   M-F  5am-3:30pm (some overtime may be required)
2nd shift  M-F  3pm-11:30pm (some overtime may be required)

Wage
Pay depends on experience
