OVERVIEW
This is a Temp-to-Hire Job Opportunity working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.  This is a light industrial position. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working in the manufacturing process with plastic injection molding
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to work efficiently with hands
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts
• Steel-toed shoes/boots are required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Production experience skills a plus

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• Rotating shift 7:45-8:00

WAGE
• $10.50/hr days - $11.10/hr nights (.25 pay increases at 30/60 days – conversion at 90 days)

Welder

This is a long term assignment at an Industrial Facility in Burlington.  It offers a good opportunity to become a Temp-to-Hire employment opportunity.  This position requires that you will effectively and safely perform specialized welding to include Mig & Tig welding.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand, interpret and properly apply work instructions
• Lays out, positions, and secures part and assemblies according to specifications using straightedge combination square, calipers, and ruler
• Welds components and assemblies using  welding equipment
• Welds components in flat, vertical or overhead positions
• Analyzes engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Possess and display good problem solving skills
• Ability to measure and adjust application methods to achieve desired results
• Good hand/eye coordination Ability to work efficiently with hands
• Compliance and attention to all safety regulations

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Previous welding experience

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm

WAGE
• $12+/based on experience

BENDER

OVERVIEW
This is a Temp-to-Hire job opportunity at a manufacturing facility in Burlington responsible for the shipment to the customer of production oil hydraulic conduits.  Will operate machine to conform to standard operating procedures and optimize program for efficient use of equipment and material. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lays out, positions, and secures part and assemblies according to specifications using straightedge combination square, calipers, and ruler
• Checks bent parts to drawing specifications and tolerance using proper measurement and inspection equipment
• Identify, properly tag and remove non-conforming materials
• Complete all required paperwork in a correct and timely manner
• Communicate with other departments as necessary

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Dependable and reliable
• Mechanical and technical aptitude
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Strong hand/eye coordination
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50-60lbs when changing out tooling

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High School Diploma/Equivalent

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• Monday – Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm with potential overtime on Saturday

WAGE
• $10.50/hr with $1/hr raise  upon conversion

DIESEL MECHANIC

Great local opportunity for a diesel mechanic that has experience working specifically with semi-trucks.  This job does offer the opportunity to be temp-to-hire.  Job is located near Burlington.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Correcting deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling/disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems such as power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bear loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units
• Maintains records by annotating services and repairs

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have own tools/equipment
• Must have thorough knowledge of diesel engines and systems
• Must have knowledge/skills in tooling and mechanical inspection
• Attention to detail
• Written/verbal communication skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Must have experience working as a Diesel Mechanic specifically working on semi-trucks

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm   possible   10:30 am – 7 pm after several months
• Possible overtime on Saturday

WAGE
• $15.00 plus, depending on ability
