OBJECTIVE:
Assist classroom teacher in helping students to increase their academic and behavioral goals, and social skills. 

MAJOR DUTIES:
Under direction of professional staff supervise and assist students, individually or in group settings as follows:

o Responsible for students with academic, social and emotional needs.
o May include working one to one with student to complete assigned tasks
o Ability to support data collection systems under teacher directions.
o May need to assist in the restroom or with personal hygiene.
o Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training (includes preventative strategies, de-escalation skills, and communication techniques) will be required and internally trained.  May receive other training(s) as required.
o Enjoy working with young people.
o Good oral and written communication skills.
o Regular attendance.
o Willingness to assume responsibility.
o Ability to work well with others.
o Other duties as may be assigned.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
o High School Diploma/GED required
o Prior experience working with children is preferred
o Must pass background check and drug screen requirements
o Some positions require a valid driver's license, as the major focus of the position is community mobility and will require the employee to use his/her own car.
o The employee must have the physical capacity to assist the physically challenged student including lifting the student as required.

• Operating a variety of machines such as: punch press, hydraulic press, brake press drill press, rollform, powder coat paint line and welding
• Moving and maneuvering carts and coils of  steel
• Performing quality checks on steel for proper length using various gages and calibers
• Performing visual inspection of completed parts for quality and production defects
• Must be able to complete accurate daily production  paperwork

This position responds to all electrical and instrumentation work in the plant. Working closely with Production Groups to ensure electrical and control problems are isolated and repaired in an expedient manner. Technicians respond to electrical/control breakdown calls, troubleshoot/repair 480VAC power distribution problems, and troubleshoot/repair issues with different control system platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Competent use of basic computer software including Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Ability to understand, use, troubleshoot, and maintain process controls including PLC’s (Allen-Bradley, Square D, Modicon Quantum) which includes the ability to work with PLC ladder logic and function block programming as well as Distributed Control Systems (Provox, Delta V)
• Able to use, troubleshoot, and maintain motor drives including: Motor Control Centers (Allen-Bradley, Cutler Hammer, Square D), Allen-Bradley VFD’s (Power flex 70, Power flex 700, 1336 Plus), Allen-Bradley Soft Starts (SMC series)
• Able to use basic analyzers including: Fluke Test equipment & =handheld HART tools
• Understand, troubleshoot, and repair three-phase power distribution system sand equipment
• Understand, troubleshoot, and repair hard-wired control circuits
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair all types of process instrumentation and control components including: Flow Transmitters (magnetic, vortex, and D/P), level Transmitters (pressure, radar, ultrasonic), and Temperature Transmitters
•  Understand and comply with the National Electric Code
•  Ability to learn new skills and adapt to new technologies as the needed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• 3 years experience and education in mechanical maintenance or mechanical engineering is preferred

HOURS/SHIFT
• 12 hour rotating swing shift

WAGE
• $26/hour Wage will be commiserate with education and experience
