OVERVIEW

Muscatine industrial company is seeking qualified employees for their pack line. These positions can lead to temp-to-hire opportunities. The schedules work days on A Shift or B Shift, 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM (4x10/hour shifts per week)

OBJECTIVE:

Perform tasks to ensure the packaging requirements of the finished bead product lines are met in accordance with the plant production schedule and other established operating parameters/performance measures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble and package products according to company standards and specifications
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Highschool diploma or GED
• 1 year of industrial experience
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for operating machinery
• Ability to use hand tools effectively
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

HOURS:

• 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• A Shift: Sunday–Wednesday
• B Shift: Wednesday–Saturday

PAY:

• $19.31
