PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

OVERVIEW

Short term assignment for six months at a premier manufacturing facility in Fairfield.  But consider as a chance to get your foot in the door for long term opportunities.  The Preventative Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibility is to ensure the completion of machine, equipment, and facility preventative upkeep.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clean, inspect and identify issues with equipment and machinery throughout the facility.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance checklists.
  •  Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on mechanical equipment.
  •  Complete work order requests as directed by Maintenance Manager.

A full-time Customer Outreach Specialist is in need at local college. This position will build vibrant relationships with new students in the Computer Science Department!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage student accounts, including calling and processing applications for international students accepted into the program
  • Cultivate a positive relationship with prospective students
  • Record all activities and create student’s record
  • Conducting English and visa interviews
  • Assist in developing welcome packages as appropriate and arranging for social events

This job opportunity is with a plastics manufacturing facility in Fairfield.  In this position you will operate blow-mold machines, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems.   

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate blow-mold machines to ensure production of quality products and perform audits, weights, and quality checks.
  • Adhere to quality control and to blow mold process procedure
  • Make adjustments to meet product specifications
  • Grind/trim excess materials from products
  • Prepare & document daily production reports including rejects, regrind, and line efficiencies
