VACATION
Each employee will receive 40 hours of paid vacation after 1000 hours of employment in their one-year anniversary with Temp Associates.

Employees will be eligible for a second week of vacation after 1800 hours worked from their 3rd year anniversary.

HOLIDAY PAY
Temp Associates employees will be eligible for 6 paid holidays after 1000 hours of employment and 440 hours worked in the 3 months prior to the holiday.

401(k) PROGRAM
Temp Associates employees with 1-year service and 1000 hours of employment are eligible. A 401(k) allows you to deduct pre-tax earnings into a retirement account. Temp Associates matches 25% of the employee contributions.

DIRECT DEPOSIT
Employees can elect to have their payroll checks direct deposited into an account.

MEDICAL INSURANCE
Medical insurance is available at competitive rates after 90 days of employment.

Dental and vision insurance is available at competitive rates after 90 days of employment.

SKILLS TRAINING
Temp Associates has computer training available for applicants and employees at no cost. The training/testing package has the most current software programs.

SAFETY CONTESTS
Temp Associates employees are eligible for a monthly drawing for a $100 bill. All employees with a minimum of 40 hours worked and no accidents for the month will be eligible. Employees are also eligible for monthly safety promotions for T-shirts, caps, sweatshirts, mugs, etc.

CASH REFERRAL BONUS
Temp Associates employees are paid $50 for every employee referral they make.

PAID EVERY WEEK
Temp Associates employees are paid weekly for the hours worked the week prior.
