Direct Hire position – this person will go directly on the payroll of the company they are being placed at.  Company will look at a relocation expense reimbursement for the right candidate.

HVAC Project Manager is involved in all aspects of designing, planning, coordinating, staffing, and executing HVAC installation projects. Will work with a wide variety of other professionals, including building owners, developers, architects, engineers and other contractors to ensure the HVAC systems are installed within the allotted budget and time schedule.  Significant experience with HVAC installations is important for this career. HVAC Project Manager must have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in installation of commercial HVAC systems. Project Manages must be able to multitask and stay positive while troubleshooting in stressful situations. Project Managers lead a team of people during installations and should be personable, open-minded and energetic.  Will be responsible for assisting in estimating and scheduling projects.  Will oversee current inventory and ordering materials for upcoming projects.  Handle scheduling and training of employees.  

Salary Range

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Required Education & Training

High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement and a HVAC background

Preferred Education & Training

Previous project management experience is a plus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintenance aptitude
• Maintenance and service equipment when required, and possibly trucks
  1. Grease and lube boxes, trucks, loader, etc. as required
  2. Maintenance and service equipment when required
• Direct traffic as needed
• Perform routine property maintenance
• Sort and Place solid waste in transfer containers or trucks
• Remove recyclable materials, as needed
• Move recyclables to an appropriate area, as needed
• Keep machinery and working areas clean
• Adhere to safety rules

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Valid license, CDL is preferred – Minimal Off-site trucking
• Forklift experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Physically fit, able to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand and walk an 8 hour shift
• Medium Sized Loader Experience
• Must be responsible, a good communicator, and have excellent attendance

OVERVIEW

Fulton bank has immediate opening for a full time teller. Tellers are responsible for accurately processing routine transactions at a bank. These transactions include, but are not limited to, cashing checks, depositing money, and collecting loan payments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open new deposit accounts
• Provide customer service to both deposit and loan customers

• Brings paint to gear pumps
• Flush lines and bring paint up 
• Check color valves to ensure paint is brought up the correct valve
• Mix paint (solvent, catalyst) according to formulas
• Properly discard of leftover paints
• Ordering paints, solvents, catalyst, and supplies
• Keep work area, mix pots, agitators, and supplies clean to ensure longevity
• Communicate with and assist supervisors as needed
