Responsible for analyzing and monitoring the credit worthiness of the bank’s customers.  Analyzes financial statements, tax returns and bank reference to evaluate the financial condition of individuals and businesses applying for credit with the bank.  Recommends credit lines within the established bank guidelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enter financial detail into system for credit Analysis for current and prospective customers and give credit recommendation when requested.
• Assist lenders in preparation of Credit Approval Presentations for Board of Directors.
• Manage Access Database  Update Access when financial information is received, such as financial statements, Secretary of State of documents, and when Credit Approval Presentations are approved.
• Run reports monthly and send to lenders the information not yet received.
• Pull Credit reports, Secretary of State documents for customer files.
• Track Flood insurance for required customers and process proper documentation
• Reconcile accounts.
• Prepare and report on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis as required for Board and as directed by Executive Vice President.

Job Summary
Responsible for providing health services to inmates, which includes the assessment, treatment and consultation of health, dental and mental health issues.

Essential Functions

  • Dispenses medication to inmates according to physician’s orders and facility procedure; ensures inmates take medication; monitors action and adverse reactions. Notifies pharmacy of new orders, changes or reorders as needed.  Orders supplies and medications as required by the doctor.
  • Assesses requests and recommends medical treatment or referrals for medical, dental and psychiatric care of inmates
  • Monitors existing or pre-existing medical problems of inmates; observes inmates for signs of major mental illnesses and makes appropriate referrals
  • Transports inmates at times to and from medical appointments if medical stand-by is needed.
  • Removes sutures, performs dressing/bandage changes as needed; removes oral sutures after extraction by a dentist.
  • Takes and records pulse, weight, respiration and blood pressure; reports changes in inmates’ medical condition to physician.  Performs routine physical exams of inmates and schedules special appointments outside the Jail
  • Attends in-service workshops and training programs; assists in the preparation, implementation, and documentation of programs.  Charts behavior and medication of inmates.
  • Submits approval forms for treatment and medication.   Contacts other jails/prisons/physicians for verification of medical histories.
  • Works with the U.S. Marshall’s Service and the jail to provide cost efficient care for inmates.
  • Obtains lab specimens and delivers them to the lab.
  • Assists in writing and supervising medical policies at the Jail.  Oversees medical billing, coordinates transportation to other medical facilities.
  • Provides consultation and instruction to jail personnel concerning prescribed medications and treatments for inmates.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Required Education/Licenses/Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and graduation from a state-approved school of practical nursing.
  • Iowa Registered Nurse License or Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Valid Driver’s License and insurable under the Muscatine County insurance policy.

Additional Requirements
Knowledge of:

  • general medical, dental and mental health practices
  • policies, procedures, philosophies, rules/regulations governing the care of inmates
  • modern theory and practices in nursing with particular references to mental illness and care of correctional inmates

A Local Utility Company has an immediate opening for a qualified HelpDesk Representative.  This position will be a temporary 1-year assignment lasting until February/March 2024. This position will work 2 – 10 hour days.

Job Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot customer issues with Communications Utility products and services (email, Internet, TV), promoting communications services.
• Using the approved communications model to ensure customers are handled efficiently and with respect, respond to customer telephone calls and emails as they relate to services and products provided by the Utility:
• Answer questions and perform business relating to all utilities, including, but not limited to residential applications for service, rates, promotions, policies, and service rules.
• Promote the use of and sell communication services to customers.
• Create service orders for field personnel based on customer needs, calling out personnel depending on the situation.
• Accept payments over the phone and accurately enter the transactions.
• In conjunction with Trafficking Specialist, test all communications equipment as it is returned from the customers location.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems, notifying the appropriate department of the issue.
• Interact with other technical areas of the Utility to address customer concerns or identified problems with the network.
• Back up Customer Services Representatives as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hours/Pay
• 8a-6:30p (Wednesday, Thursday OR Friday) *additional hours may be picked up but this is not mandatory
• $14.00/hr.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED required. Associate’s degree with an emphasis in technical training/coursework related to networking or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, prior helpdesk experience preferred.
• Familiar with a variety of computer software/hardware applications along with a basic understanding of TCP/IP and associated network components as they relate to Internet connectivity.
• Knowledge, or ability to obtain knowledge, of electric, water, garbage, sewer, cable, and Internet products, services, policies and rate structure.

Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for documenting troubleshooting efforts on behalf of a customer.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with ability to build productive professional relationships and promote a team atmosphere.
• Proficiency with use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel at an intermediate skill level.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
• Good judgment and reasoning skills.
• Problem identification, analysis, and solving, especially for troubleshooting basic PC, email, Internet, cable TV, and other customer issues.
