Full-time Bank Teller

OVERVIEW

The Teller is responsible for providing a broad range of Bank services requiring constant contact with customers. Maintaining a high level of knowledge of current Bank services along with staying abreast on new offerings is mandatory to meeting the needs of the customers. The Teller will perform a variety of duties related to all phases of teller work, including recording all transactions accurately and balancing each day’s operations.     

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receives and handles deposits of all types, verifying amounts, ensuring proper endorsement on negotiable instruments, and examining cash carefully to guard against acceptance of counterfeit bills
  • Cashes Checks for customers adhering at all times to policy and procedures of bank
  • Issues money orders, and stored value cards
  • Balances drawer at close of business and at other assigned times to determine all were properly executed
  • Receives payments on loans, credit cards, and other accounts
  • Counts, proves and packages currency and coin
  • Maintains neat and orderly work area and ensures that all negotiable and confidential records are properly secured 
  • Demonstrates continuously a helpful, friendly attitude
  • Maintains proper amounts of currency and coin
  • Sells and/or refers Bank’s products and services to customers and prospects
  • Observes suspicious behavior and reports any such activity to head teller as appropriate. In the event of a robbery, remains calm and follows bank procedures to safeguard customers and staff
  • Perform simple customer service functions such as assisting customers in opening accounts, assessing safe deposit boxes, and explaining ATM operations, as applicable
  • Process ATM Deposits, bank mail, and night drop
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with customer service and cash handling

WORK HOURS/SHIFT

·         8-5:30 M-F and 8-12 on Saturday, hours can vary, when working Saturday will get an afternoon off.

  • $14.50 per hour or higher based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Communications & Customer Service

• Answer and route incoming phone calls; monitor general communications, including mail, subscriptions, and shared email inquiries.

• Draft, format, and distribute routine correspondence, including agendas, thank-you notes, notices, member invoices, and follow-up communications.

Meetings, Events & Program Support

• Schedule internal and external meetings, visits, and appointments; coordinate calendars, meeting locations, and participant confirmations.

• Serve as the official note-taker for designated meetings; prepare meeting materials, record minutes, and distribute follow-up information as assigned.

• Photocopy, assemble, and distribute printed and digital materials for meetings, presentations, and events.

Data, Records & Research

• Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems for project and administrative records.

• Enter, update, and maintain data in designated databases and spreadsheets.

• Process and maintain associated monthly invoices, statements, and related records in accordance with internal procedures.

Office Operations & Digital Support

• Coordinate with team members to purchase, organize, and monitor office supplies to help maintain efficient operations.

• Assist with routine updates to the business website and affiliated social media accounts.

• Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, marketing, research, public relations, project coordination, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, database management systems, social media platforms, and other web-based tools.

• Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

• Working knowledge of nonprofit operations, including Board relations, is highly desirable.

CNC Operators/Programmers

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Performs dimensional inspection of product as required.​
  • Monitors and changes cutting tools (inserts) as needed.​
  • Loads and unloads products.​
  • Aware at all times of correct orientation of product being placed in machinery.​
  • Enters commands to title and store programs in computer memory and build and maintain source files.​Point, feed rate and speed, utilizing knowledge of numerical-control machine operation.​
  • Enters computer commands to retrieve stored parts data and programs.​
  • Reviews shop orders and drawings to determine job specifications and requirements.​
  • Calculates and codes machine controlling criteria, such as axis movement, type and size of cutting and drilling tools, spindle location, machining start

 

Position Requirements

  • Ability to foresee changes relevant to area of responsibility.​
  • Ability to organize work assignments to ensure efficient operations of CNC machining environment.​
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to achieve intended objective.​
  • Generate part programs that meet production objectives for optimum cost, quality, speed, throughput, and on-time customer deliveries.​
  • Knowledge of CNC-Mazak machines helpful.​
  • Strong math skills and reasoning ability

Dietary Manager

Overview:

The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department as directed by the Executive Director.  To assure that quality nutritional services are provided daily and that the dietary department is maintained in a clear, safe, and sanitary manner.

Work in the kitchen area. For each meal you’ll assist in preparing a large quantity of a limited number of entrees, vegetables, and desserts, according to preset menus.

 

Duties:

  1. Includes scheduling and managing kitchen staff, cooks and dietary aids
  2. Handling ordering, inventory
  3. Cooking for noon meal
  4. Cook foodstuffs according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, and numbers of portions to be served.
  5. Clean and inspect galley equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas in order to ensure cleanliness and functional operation.
  6. Bake breads, rolls, and other pastries.
  7. Clean, cut, and cook meat, fish, and poultry.
  8. Compile and maintain records of food use and expenditures.
  9. Apportion and serve food to facility residents, employees, or patrons.

 

 

Rate of Pay:

  • $20/hr, with performance-based incentives beginning after 90 days

 

Schedule:

  • This full-time role (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with some weekends and special events
