This is a full-time job opportunity that is considered Temp-to-Hire in Marshalltown.  You will be working for a well establish call center troubleshooting and answering customer questions via phone, e-mail and web chat. Various shift options to choose from morning, afternoon or evenings, some weekends may be required.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Answering incoming support calls and e-support contacts
  • Generate and record accurate activity records in the appropriate tracking systems
  •  Perform appropriate telephone support to ensure that customer questions are answered completely

 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Computer literacy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other types of CRM software
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills
  •  Active listening skills
  •  Ability to troubleshoot
  •  Dependability, adaptability & flexibility
  •  Ability to follow policy and procedures
  • Must be Bi-lingual in English and Spanish

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Experience working in customer service call center and/or an office setting is a plus but not required

WORK HOURS/SHIFT:

Various shift available. Some weekends required

 

WAGE:

$16.50 per hour

 

BACKGROUND SCREENING/REQUIREMENTS:

Pre-employment drug screen required
