CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
This is considered a Temp-to-Hire job opportunity. Dynamic and fun opportunity to work with internal and external customers processing orders in a fast-paced office environment. Job offers the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of people to support and generate revenue for the organization by ensuring orders are processed in a timely and concise manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Review/enter new orders from a Web EDI Program
-
Resolve customer concerns/questions.

Handle large/key accounts or specific geographic area
-
Respond to customer inquiries regarding price, delivery, and order status
-
Coordinate with company departments to improve deliveries and confirm shipments
-
Track customer status, orders, and potential delivery dates in organizational database

Handle high volume daily transactions

Follow-up with customer quotations and bill of material entry
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Ability to multi-task

Ability to plan, schedule and prioritize job duties

Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision

Written, spoken, and listening communication skills

Ability to problem solve
EDUCATION REQUIRED

High School Diploma/Equivalent
PAY
WORK HOURS/SHIFT:

Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30 pm
