Direct Hire position – this person will go directly on the payroll of the company they are being placed at.

OVERVIEW

Looking for an experienced HVAC service Technician that wants to work for a company that their employees matter to them.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS                    

• 5 or more years of service experience
• Experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• IA journeyman or masters license is a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Good level of attention to detail
• Ability to follow management requests and communicate effectively

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Pre-employment drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Willing to take on call rotation

WORK HOURS/SHIFT

• Monday to Friday
• 8 hr shift (overtime after 8 hr day)

WAGE

• $25-35.00 per hr, depending on skills/experience
• Bonus opportunities
