Oversees a team of plumbers to ensure plumbing projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Key duties include managing staff, scheduling projects, handling budgets and material procurement, ensuring quality control and code compliance, and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships. 

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and supervise plumbing technicians, conduct performance reviews, and foster a productive work environment. 

• Project Management:

Oversee the scheduling, assignment, and completion of plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring timely delivery. 

• Budgeting and Procurement:

Manage project budgets, track labor and material costs, and coordinate the procurement of necessary materials and parts. 

• Quality Control & Safety:

Conduct on-site inspections, ensure all work meets quality standards, and enforce compliance with safety protocols and building codes. 

• Technical Oversight:

Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot complex issues, and review plans and specifications to ensure compatibility with job requirements. 

Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments and addressing customer issues and coordinating solutions. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• A strong background in commercial and/or residential plumbing.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Problem-solving and resourcefulness are highly valued.

• First shift, Mon – Fri
