OVERVIEW                                                                        

Seeking a jack of all trades to keep work areas in order.  Duties include but are not limited to the following:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintenance aptitude
• Maintenance and service equipment when required, and possibly trucks
  1. Grease and lube boxes, trucks, loader, etc. as required
  2. Maintenance and service equipment when required
• Direct traffic as needed
• Perform routine property maintenance
• Sort and Place solid waste in transfer containers or trucks
• Remove recyclable materials, as needed
• Move recyclables to an appropriate area, as needed
• Keep machinery and working areas clean
• Adhere to safety rules
• May be asked to assist in other areas of property
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Valid license, CDL is preferred – Minimal Off-site trucking
• Forklift experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Physically fit, able to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand and walk an 8 hour shift
• Medium Sized Loader Experience
• Must be responsible, a good communicator, and have excellent attendance

WORK HOURS/SHIFT

• 8:30 am start time, 40 hours a week

LOCATION

• Clinton Co. Area Solid Waste Agency

WAGE

• $20 per hour
